"If I could give 0 stars I would, This is the worst place to purchase insurance, Beware!!! They will give you a quote and get you to sign papers promising This discount and that discount for auto pay and then wait until payment is due to notify you that your bank account was no good, my bank account has always been in good standing never had a problem, Now that are trying to extort money from me through a collection agebcy!! If they never received the initial payment to start the policy how are they going to claim I owe the whole premium months down the road, Once I heard I was not getting the rate I was quoted when I gave full disclosure about my record & info, so there were no surprises about me I should not have to be made to honor that policy after the price went up $30 a month that's an extra $150 for 6 months."
