"Absolutely SHOCKINGINGLY bad customer service! Multiple phone calls and messages and no responses to insurance needs. When you do get Keelie on the phone, she makes makes promises and doesn't follow through. I would not recommend this hot mess of an insurance agency."

"I received a flyer with an estimate recently. The price was great, and I was ready to cancel my current insurance and switch to doing business with Keely. I have left three messages with my name, phone number and address over the last eight days, and they never answer or return my calls. I'm not sure if I want to do business with an agent that doesn't return my calls!"

"Keely and the whole office is amazing. They make the whole process of switching insurance companies seamless. Even when we had delays with closing on our new house Keely adjusted the effective dates, she did all of the behind the scene work with our lender and made sure all of the paperwork was in order. I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs."

"I’d obviously leave no stars if it was an option. This agency reached out to me unsolicited last May offering home owners insurance that was a better value than my current policy. They processed the new policy over the phone and advised that they would cancel my current policy for me and notify the bank to send escrow insurance funds to them. In July I was notified that they had not done anything they had stated. I spoke to them again and they promised to correct situation. They still didn’t and now I find a collection account on my credit report for the an “unpaid” Allstate policy that was never in effect. In speaking to the agent just now, I see why nothing was done. She clearly doesn’t have the skill set to operate this agency. She blamed me for not contacting her earlier. Avoid like the plague. Follow Up: I see that Ms Schmidt is staying true to form with her libelous response. I invite her to publicly post the non existent evidence of contacts she claims to have had. As for "threats" I advised that I had filed a claim with State Insurance regulators and would be posting reviews regarding this online. After reading her response, please ask yourself if there isn't a better choice for your insurance needs."

"After purchasing a new home and car, we decided to switch over from our 1-800 number insurance company so that we could REALLY understand what our options were outside of trying to find the cheapest rates. The process in selecting our new new home, auto, earthquake coverage, was both easy and efficient. Literally, we text a photo of our current coverage and we were given a quote back, delivered in detail to our email from Keely. It wasn't some auto generated reply asking us to call an agent or telling us that a representative will be in touch. My husband and I discussed our options, realized we were WAY under covered with our current auto, and decided to switch over the next day. I couldn't imagine an easier process and a more professional agent to work with. Kudos to Keely and the Schmidt Insurance Company...they really do know their Schmidt."
