"I broke down on I-5 on a Saturday morning. My insurance covered a tow to a place within ten miles. I live in Salem so I rolled the dice and went with a shop I knew nothing about (Phil’s). I crossed my fingers and left my car there. I ended up needing a couple parts including replacement of my head gasket. I was in a tight spot and they could have easily taken advantage of me but didn’t. They charged a very fair price. If I lived in the area, this would be my new go to auto shop.
