"Beware of dustin test driving your vehicle. I came to h-2 to show my audi to a possible buyer who wanted this shop to inspect my car and have it lifted to confirm if my control arm was the only issue (They claimed to suspect broken axel and or wheel bearing). Dustin insisted on test driving which wasn’t an issue for me until he hopped on the freeway. So before lifting the vehicle to inspect the suspicions of other issues in the “pre purchase inspection” to diagnosis a car with a bent control arm involved him speeding upwards of 85mph down I-5 (55mph) while recklessly changing lanes. Keeping the known issue and possibility of their suspicions in mind I asked him to slow down while he was still accelerating past 85 and Dustin got very upset and disrespectful. He told me “not to tell him how to do his job” and that me asking him not to speed in my car “Is the reason he doesn’t test drive with people in the car.” I honestly couldn’t believe how much danger he was putting us and my vehicle in. You’d think a mechanic wouldn’t have the level arrogance of driving a vehicle in that manner at all during a test drive even if it was in perfect condition. Nothing short of unacceptable and very disappointing to receive attitude from a supposed professional for simply trying to keep myself and property safe. I’m hoping no further damage was caused by his actions. All in all the whole experience with h-2 and Dustin was a major headache and as stressful as possible."

"Had to change my review from 5 stars to 2. Dustin has been great to work with but there’s a communication issue between him and the owner Kris. Dustin quoted me for several different repairs and then when I ask for invoices Kris sends me completely different numbers that are 2-3 times higher than what Dustin quoted. Over all the quote for my repairs went from $5500 to well over $14000. The only explanation Kris gave me is increased labor rates from about 2 months ago.. Over all super disappointing because I thought I found a shop I could finally trust."

"The team here is fantastic and friendly. I brought my car in for a clutch replacement and to replace a couple other parts I didn’t have time to do myself. They are up front and explain why each part cost what it cost and work at giving you the best solution for what you need. The mechanic who worked on my car knew what he was doing and called me back to keep me updated on the entire process. I was a little nervous at first after dropping my car off but after having everything done I would recommend and bring my car back if I need Services from them. 10/10 experience"
