"Very affordable and kid friendly. Love this place! They have tables and bring your food to you in the theater, great for date night as well with beer and cider on tap."

"First, before my review, I'd like to express that my girlfriend and I donated to this theatre during covid. We live close and have always appreciated the Northern lights. The cult flick atmosphere and food makes this place highly appealing. However, last night was an awful experience. There's a an extremely aggressive woman that works the counter. She was very rude and condenscending. She asked "well why aren't people in their proper seats and that she would have Tony throw them out". She was really aggravated and was upset that she wouldn't be able to find us because of the seating arrangements. We waited over an hour for our food. They brought it during the end of the movie and were handing out to go boxes. She snatched both my tickets for separate orders and didn't bring my food. I went to check and was greeted by more sarcasm to the point of really pissing us off. She said over and over that it was separate tickets. She basically threw our food on another table and said she couldn't see. I'm not sure if we'll be back, but it won't be anytime soon or maybe never. This place is overcrowded, and the cooks can't deal with the high demand of customers. More cooks and less sarcasm. It's certainly not worth tipping or donating to support small businesses."

"This 5 star is mainly for them not being absolute thieves like most theatres. It was clean and the service was good! And I think we can all agree, 5 bucks on a Tuesday is amazing. That being said .. DONT get the nachos. I legitimately may have gotten food poisoning because I had to go to the bathroom half way through the movie out of fear of throwing up...Just saying get something more tame food wise...to be safe."

"Really enjoyed my time here. First off, the tickets are incredibly affordable. I would have expected to pay more than a chain theater, but it's surprisingly less. Second, everyone was super friendly. Lastly, food and drinks! They have pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, but they actually MAKE the food. I had pulled pork nachos- no complaints. I also washed it down with a beer- they have wines as well. Not a bad selection as well. This place really took me back to the golden age of theaters. Highly recommended."

"Consider me a new fan! I can't say enough good things about Northern Lights! This business truly seems to be committed to serving the community and keeping first run films and throwback classics accessible, affordable and fun. From special "sensory" showings to discounts during the week, check the calendar for special showings. There are some great deals at the snack bar (though the popcorn is hull heavy imo) And I can hardly wait to try some of their heartier pub fare like specialty hot dogs, nachos, pizza and cheese steaks. Total bonus points for providing filtered water and cups (for those who don't always tote the emotional support bottle) freely in the lobby. Seats are comfy and need to be chosen when you buy your ticket (to enable food delivery.) Ordering tickets online is quick and easy. Go have some fun!"
