"The food was okay. My friend and I were pushed to the corner. Almost everyone was seated in the middle except for us. Our waiter was very uninviting which is unprofessional considering when working in dining you need to at least appear nice. My friend and i did go in sweats but it was cold when we went and even if we didn’t wear sweats why would that determine how we’re treated? My card when through when i paid so i don’t know why that lady server was not polite. I didn’t like anything but the garlic bread and Alfredo. It was honestly not worth it. The whole ambience of the restaurant was similar like Olive Garden."
"The art and vibe was definitely like I was in Rome all over again. People eating and enjoying themselves. Everybody talking loud and lots of laughter. The food was delicious and the server was the sweetest."
"This restaurant leads by example in Customer service! We came here for lunch, ordered a lasagna and spaghetti but unfortunately didn’t personally like the taste. We didn’t have to say anything but the waitress sensed it and was glad to remove it one of the items off the bill and gave us a 5$ discount for the next time we dine there. Very impressed at getting 5-star service at a regular restaurant. Faith in good old American hospitality restored :)"
