"I personally had a terrible experience the only time I ever have with these people I've always had wonderful experiences but then I got accused of something I didn't do because I looked like someone I was aggressively approached humiliated kicked out of the store and told I was put on the Wall of shame but it wasn't me I had nothing in my car but a bottle of lotion that I didn't even make down one aisle before I got confronted by three employees being aggressive embarrassing me in front of everybody including the very important phone call I was on for my father who is extremely ill .I was floored and at a loss for words. I went across the street to call management to file a complaint.he seemed very distracted and just not present and spacey. He offered me no solution didn't ask my name or my phone number I had to force him to take my number down and all he had to say was he was trying to figure out what type of disciplinary action to take then I never got a phone call never heard back and I'm afraid to go into the store that I used to frequent all the time I apparently have a doppelganger running around town still and things because I also had been accused of stealing a bottle of liquor from a liquor store with a stroller and a small child but my child is 9 I don't have a stoler. That one had to go to court. These people had no evidence and they had no name to go with apparently the photo they had to go off of that's on their Wall of shame if someone is accusing someone of stealing I think they should at least asked for an ID like the picture that they should have an ID to go with as well unless they're just going to point fingers at any random person they're going to get theirselves a lawsuit"

"Grocery outlet is one of my favorite stores to shop at the prices are good. The people are friendly and. Have been shopping here for a while. Really enjoy shopping here. They got good selection. And if there's any particular thing that I can't find at other stores like Walmart or winco I can always find it here."

"Pretty decent selections, prices are fair for how high food costs are although on their non food items the prices are a bit high especially on the hair and skin products. The employees are friendly and not too invasive like at other stores. As someone who doesn't take things that don't belong to me without purchasing I appreciate being able to shop while being respected and boundaries not being crossed."

"Great deals and rare treasure s especially around the holidays. You find lots of good food at a reasonable price and the vegetables and fruits are always fresh. But the neat thing is for me I've found so many cool gifts and decorations after coming back here over and over again. Every one is very polite and helpful and the check ours are quick."
