"What is the point of ordering online and getting a quote of 15 minutes if the employees don’t check the online orders until you arrive? At least the third time ordering online and the food is not ready upon arriving at the designated time. It’s not like it’s busy at all. Also why are items on the menu available to order but are not actually available at the location you ordered from. It seems like this West Salem location is being managed very poorly. Last time we will buy from this location."
"The bread is always fantastic. As are the tasty treats. A loaf of bread is about 8 bucks so we don't buy our bread there often but we always love it."
"Went to buy bread 10:30 am. Was told fresh bread would be available at 11:30. Went back at 12:30 and told no fresh bread ready for sale for another hour. Not a way to run a business IMO."
"I am not sure what is going on at this location but upper management really needs to look into their dough processing. Entirely too much flour is being used in their baked goods. I purchased a cinnamon roll and a scone and I am no picky eater by any means, but this is the first time I actually threw out food- not even my partner would eat them. I sincerely hope management finally looks into this as other reviews have mentioned this as well."
