"Worst jack I’ve ever been! If you don’t read English, then you should not be working in a kitchen! Highly allergic to cheese & now have to use my damn epi pen cuz your employees don’t know how to read NO CHEESE! And then no one answers the damn phone! POS!!!"
"It's Jack in the Box. You know what you're getting. The food is average or slightly above for a chain fast food joint. The best thing is the workers here are nice and friendly and seem to actually enjoy seeing their regulars. The 4 stars for atmosphere are for their customer service. They make it feel comfortable there. The seating area itself is average."
"Asked for a Jack's Spicy Chicken add ketchup and 2 tacos. I got ketchup, but they put cheese for some reason, whatever it's fine. Then I got to my tacos and I wanted taco sauce so I asked where their taco sauce was because I couldn't find it and the employees looked at me weird. How about instead of looking at me like that you actually tell me where it is next time."
"This is on a Sunday morning. It’s been 10 minutes waiting in the drive through since I’ve ordered. Still stuck in the drive through with two more cars behind me. How is this acceptable for a “fast-food” chain? First time coming to a Jack and will never come to another one again."
