"Spent 15 minutes max in the store. Wasn't greeted by any employees even though there were a few. I was also bumped into by the young boy worker who was too busy walking and talking to a young girl worker, which I guess it would've been an inconvenience for him to turn his attention away from her to apologize to me. I planned on buying 6 pairs of shoes. Since I was of no importance in the store, my money will be spent elsewhere. I even unsubscribed from emails."

"Store owners pay attention, your employees make up half the reason you have a good store. Shelby at the Eugene/Junction City store (I am a visitor to the area) helped me with buying shoes for my husband. Without her help we would not have found any. We bought 3 pair. Good job Shelby."
