"We ordered for dine in and never received our order. After waiting 40 minutes, the people ahead of us were called to get their food. Went up to ask when ours was coming, only to find they had "lost" our order. Absolutely pitiful. Burger King is not worth a 40+ minute wait. Drive down the street to a different fast food place if you're in a hurry."
"Bathroom was disgusting. First ones in line, took so long for any staff member to acknowledge us that we nearly walked out. The next people in line waited so long that they finally just left. A customer entered because she had gotten the wrong food in the drive-through, and the employee took it from them and placed it back in the warmer for the next customer, after asking the lady if she had touched the food. There is clearly a management issue here."
