"I wish I could give them a zero star because I was on hold for about 5 minutes, which isn't much, then somebody came on the line and asked for a Chuck. When I said hello I was hung up on. Then I called back and someone named Michelle answered. When I inquired about a part I was hung up on. Then I called a third time, it was answered and immediately hung up. Don't go to this place. Their customer service obviously is horrendous, and they have lost my business for sure."
