"After spending $500 and going back twice to take two ps5 machines back within a 3 hr period, because they were damaged or were not working properly. Just before closing time, they would not answer the phone. What a great birthday present!! And I was so excited to be gaming again..... Only to have both machines not work. And also having to wait until the next afternoon until we can return the second machine! Played a whole 5 min. And the machine turned itself off, twice!! I am so disgusted. This is why I never buy from game stop anymore. It seems I always end up with broken equipment. Several years ago it was Xbox's, that I had to deal with them about (4) faulty machines, now ps5's.! Do not shop for gam systems from here!!"

Not many people are willing to admit when they are wrong so it was a refreshing experience. Great people work here, and while GameStop in general has been doing some scummy things lately I have nothing but good things to say about this store and the kind folks that work here."
