"I get a bill that shows that I paid for March 2024. I go on line to pay and it is not posted for March, Feb is posted and paid. So I look at my bill date as March 1, 2024, due March 11, 2024. What happened to the 30 day billing accounting standard, don't be so greedy when you can't bill correctly. Now I will have to wait and repost when you get your act in order."
"I'd give 0 if possible. I paid mine up end of January. Been checking my online account weekly waiting for new bill to process as I knew there should be one for February. My account just kept saying 0.00. I got a paper past due notice like a week ago for the same amount i had already paid. I logged in looked at my account said 0.00 dollars. So i assumed it was from my last bill i had already paid. Now today they put a hanger on my door saying I owe 332 dollars today or my water will be shut off. I logged on again it now says 165 owed. I went ahead and paid they 165 as I'm sure that is probably true. Was told my March bill which doesn't show either was due 2 days ago is now past due I have to pay March as well today or I'll be shut off. I said how is this my fault they said it says up top balances may not match. Back in August I paid they almost 750 dollars because they said I didn't shut my account off at my old house when I moved and the bill I was paying was for the old house I hadn't been living in and now I had to get caught up at new one while still paying the old bill. I know 100% I gave them a shut off date but had no proof on my end so had no choice but to pay them. Their representative are extremely rude. They know you have no choice but to pay them so they do what they want."
"They rolled out a new account system without it being tested or ready. Their new system said I didn't owe anything, and yet they put a final notice on my door claiming my water was going to be shut off. Their cs agents are rude. Their department is a mess. All for water that smells like pool water and is way too expensive."
"Disappointed we did not get an electronic bill for the month of January. Guess it is lost in translation. The fees are outrageous. Over 66% goes to just fees to have the water. For us almost $75.00 goes to fees before we flush a toilet or take a drink of water. For this amount of money, you think you would have some pristine water."
