"Staff was very friendly and showed me around the shop as soon as I walked in the door. While they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for today, they had the size ( large tall! ) that I need. They’ve only been open one month, and are stocked heavily on smaller shoe sizes, mens clothing, and nothing with Hi-vis stripes at the moment. All items are available on the website and I plan to order for store pickup to make sure they’re the right item. Looking forward to getting the workwear I need and ditching my heavy ‘Big C’ clothing."

"If they aren't going to stock options for women's boots (assuming there is a design difference) than they could at least stock smaller men's sizes (if there are no design differences). Also train your employees in tact and customer care, not to just placate disappointed/frustrated people."
