"The only 24hr larger convenience store on this side of town. Bonus: If you time it just right, you may catch multiple regulars showing up right around the same time. We Found it entertaining that 4 or 5 individual people all over 65 years old, pulled in (after 1030pm) within 5-10 minutes of each other, and hung out for a little bit."

"the staff at this store were so very helpful and positive. took time out to make order for me even though they were busy. cashier was very polite and helpful and the manager, i think, was also a breathe of fresh air. it was so great to hear her encouraging the staff even when he thought he had made a mistake. they worked as a great team, great way to go through my morning. thank you for taking the time to make me feel important"

"So I am going to continue to share my story. I just posted on this a little bit ago and they deleted it and I understand why. I used to be in training at 711 to be the general manager because the one prior to me decided to change his number and never come back. In the time that I had worked there I busted two people for theft and helped bring back 930.00 dollars total. In the time that I was working there I was expected to keep having people on my team that were not reliable employees and I was absolutely promised the changes would be made the minute my training person came back from vacation in Texas. The owner of the store only came to the store twice in the whole time I worked there and there is a reason that they can’t keep a general manager for longer than a couple months. They have zero desire to support the general manager they don’t care what work environment were stuck in as long as there making money and they flat out had no problem saying that. I would add the text messages I have but I’m not sure what lines that would cross. I was very passionate about my job and I had regulars and people who really enjoyed the vibe that I Brought to the store. And now I am in a financial burden with my children because it was inhumane to force me to continue working in the work in environments they promised that they would change… this business will continue to struggle mark my words!! A store is as successful as the Person running it."

"This convenience store is probably the one I go to the most here in McMinnville. I have had great interactions with the staff, and they have a pretty good sized parking lot. My only issues are with how the Slurpee area has regularly been missing the correct size of lids, and how they sometimes are out of stock of some items. On the other hand, I do understand that this 7-Eleven is in a busy area due to being on 3rd Street. I will be continuing to shop there in the future."

"Since Lucian took over as Store Manager a little over a month ago, this store has improved tremendously. I was working as a Transit Driver and for nearly a year I'd been coming in six days a week during my lunch break, but products from the cooler doors were nearly always empty, salads and sandwiches were either nonexistent or out of date, hot foods looked dry and shriveled up, or simply weren't available at all, shelves were empty, pegs were empty, products were thrown on the bottom shelf of gondolas, fountain bibs were out or connected to the wrong lines, the list just goes on. This store was grossly mismanaged for quite some time. As a former C-Store Manager, and having taken over stores that had been mismanaged, I knew this store needed a competent Manager to take the reins. And honestly, I prayed for such a Manager to come. About five or six weeks ago Lucian returned and he has been systematically turning this store around and getting products in, getting things stocked, and cleaning things up. As a customer, I had stopped coming in because I couldn't get what I needed or wanted. Three weeks ago I began coming in again and I noticed the difference with Lucian as Store Manager. I noticed the slow but steady transformation Lucian was making. When an opportunity to join his team as his Assistant Manager came up, I took it as a sign to combine our knowledge and experience to make this store flourish."
