"Used to be a great place to go get my coffee. Last time I went to the one by 3rd St. the guy refused to take my order 5 minutes prior to closing. I will not return to that location and I've been a customer for many years."

"This is my last place I would ever go to if I had to choose a Dutch Bros. The customer service is the worst everytime I've been there. It's sad because it was very convenient for me to go to this location. The managers are rude and they always are drinking something instead of helping the customers. They are not helpful it seems like if they are doing you a favor instead of serving customers."
"I only get coffee here so can't rate food. The people they hire are super friendly, upbeat, helpful and very courteous. For the most part the make great lattes and blended drinks ( I have been to a couple that weren't as good as others)."
"I ordered a blended cocomo double shot and their machine was down so they hand blended it and gave me a 911 instead! All the blended stuff floated to the top and coffee at the bottom just disgusting. I tried to call and see if they would credit me back and they can have the drink but nobody answered for 30 minutes. I even called back 3 times and no answer just a recording…."
