Golden Fountain

"My son went to pick up our to go order.. He could see his order on the bottom if the cart.. they refused to listen.. and a waitress there knows him.. they brought more and more food out handing it to people whom just walked in.. and when he tried to stand up for himself .. was told they were going to help the persons that walked in. And he said no my food is getting cold you waited on everyone else but me. And helped people that just came In our food is Cold he was waiting for the already done food to be given to him.. and it is unedible and disgusting might be cat or dog again We will never go back again .. hadn't ate there for awhile.. because of the last time we ordered.. but the best Chinese food in town Knew what they had and moved to theTri-Cities"

"Placed a to go order and was told it would be done in 15 minutes. Came back around 20 minutes later and saw my bag of food on the window sill, but was told by a waiter that my food wasn't ready yet and had to wait. About five minutes later someone else came out from the back and handed me my food that had been sitting the entire time. Drove 30 minutes home and the soup I ordered wasn't there. Called for a refund because I wasn't driving back in and was told that even though they saw on my receipt that I ordered a soup and acknowledged that they didn't put in the order they wouldn't give me a refund. Will not be back."

"December 28th, 2023 we got 3 dinners to go. My daughter and I got the same, Almond Fried Chicken, Pork Fried Rice. I got really sick, it was really bad, yet my daughter didn't. I mentioned it but after talking about it we decided it wasn't the food because she had the same thing and was fine. I had put the rest in the fridge believing it was good. Today my daughter warmed it up and ate it and immediately had the same reaction. It was just the one plate out of the 3 but it made us extremely sick. We will never eat at this place again. A restaurant has to be very careful about what they serve and discard bad food. One experience like this can do a lot of damage to their business. I don't want anyone else to have to experience what we went through at this place. There are other safe places to eat."

"My son and my husband and I just went to this restaurant for my husband's birthday today they only got one waitress who is very rude and treated us horribly like we were a waste of her time when I complimented the decorations she looked at me like I was stupid and because of the way we were treated at this restaurant we decided not to leave and the woman gave his attitude for that as well basically she treated us like garbage my family and I will never eat at this horrible establishment ever again!!!!! That doesn't even count how horribly she treated me because I needed her help with the menu most horrible place to ever ever go eat!!!!"
