"Twice now this location has had issues. I work near downtown and don't have long for lunch so I usually pick something up to bring back to the office. A little over a month ago I placed an order online for pick up at 12:30. When I arrived, not only was it not ready the poor guy working that day was so backed up and overwhelmed it took him an hour to finally get to my order. He was the only one working and kept trying to call someone to come in and help him because he was dealing with the lunch rush and a catering order. Today I placed an online order once again to pick up at 12:40. The order went through, bought and paid for and when I arrived at the restaurant no one was there, locked up, lights were off, completely empty. I double checked the hours and it's supposed to be open until 7. I can't even get a refund until someone is there to pick up the phone."
"Have a great mother daughter date today here. Eugene was very patient and courteous to all of the customers in the store. He was very attentive to how all the food was prepared. It was Delish! We will definitely be back! Thank you!"
"Tyler was awesome, super friendly and welcoming. Haven't been here for years but they are under management and stepping it up so figured would give it a shot. Food was excellent and ingredients were fresh, what more can you ask for! Will be back soon, thanks again Tyler!"
"Very disappointing. I got a chicken pesto on gluten free wrap. The wrap was dry, crumbly, and old. I paid for double meat and didn’t even get enough meat to fill the wrap. They had it on the grill for less than a minute and the meat was cold in the middle."
"They rushed to get my order done and they even walked it out too me, exceptional service provided. The cashiers were quite helpful when it came to ordering they had a positive attitude! 10/10. They even offered a free raspberry treat! Will be back!"
