"We had a heat pump with two mini split heads installed and it has been great! We had a minor miscommunication about the location of the electric for the outside unit but otherwise everyone was really good about explaining the process and letting us know where things would go and what it would look like. They were in the house pretty much all day but were super considerate and had drop cloths down everywhere for muddy shoes and dust. I was glad they could route everything through the attic, the first quote I got was going to have everything run under the house through the crawl space and would have been a lot more unsightly tubing and such on the outside of the house. Also ZERO % financing for three years! Makes this $$$$ purchase doable."

"17 yr. old heat pump was iced up. 1st repairman (yesterday) was very nice; we had to wait until the ice melted before they could do anything, so he turned on the heat coils to hurry things along. Repairman today, David, was also very nice and made the determination that multiple areas of decay over time had pretty much ruined the unit. Repair would have run nearly as much as a new one. Guy #3, Craig, from sales, was also thorough and exceedingly nice. Explained everything, checked everything over beneath house, and we will be getting a new unit...with a deeply appreciated Veteran's discount. THANK YOU, Rogue Valley H & A!!! Craig was super personable and knowledgeable...he even fixed the date on my new digital clock for me, the settings for which made little sense!!! He got our estimate to us in a timely manner. The team who came to replace our furnace showed up on time, were very kind and considerate.
