"***Please note, this is only in regards to the WISEWAY BURN BASKET part************* I would not recommend purchasing the wiseway burn basket from Smokeys. Mine did not last 4 months of burning. When I emailed them they stated only a 90 day warranty. Terrible product. My factory basket lasted much longer. There are better replacement parts on EBAY."

"Poor service, was looking for a part for my gas fireplace and they said they didn't have it so I went to grovers they didn't have it so they call these guys and they all of a sudden had the part. When I first walked in the guy behind the counter barely looked up from his phone! What good business isn't opened at least one day on the weekend? What about us working ppl, don't we count for something? Just disappointed with this business thought that they where a business for the locals?! Get off your phone and fn help your customers @hole."

"Bought stove 5 years ago, burning 4 cords of Lodge pole pine a winter. Great guys to work with; they have all the parts from fire brick to door gaskets at reasonable prices. Shout out to Dean "Semper Phi!" from Joe and Annie in Mount Shasta."
