"I come here often and basically have the boba jelly ready but this time I had to wait 20 mins for them to make it. They should have it ready next time… bad service"
"Usually when I come here, it's good and I enjoy it very much. I went there today and was really excited because they brought back the strawberry flavor. I was left disappointed. I finished making my bowl and paid and then I tried it and it tasted like either cleaning products or mold and I threw it away because it didn't taste good and I was a little worried for my health. Also it seemed like the toppings weren't fresh and things have been sitting out for a while without care."
"We went there 3 times and all three times they failed to make our drinks the way we ordered. Overpriced and not getting what we paid for. How hard is it to add two toppings to a drink? They always miss one... Very disappointed. Will not go there again."
"Two girls were working the counter. They spent the entire time laughing loudly and falling over each other. (quite literally a couple of times) They were completely indifferent to us as customers. The very worst of “customer service”. The actual product was quite good. A bit expensive, but I suppose no more than usually for this sort of joint."
