"I really liked this place but their staff must have recently changed because the coffee has been awful for a few days in a row that I’ve gone. My shots were sitting on the bottom of an iced espresso and they tasted burnt. My caramel macchiato looked like an iced americano yesterday, I have no idea how it got so messed up other than just not wanting to open a new almond milk container but they remade it for me perfectly when I went back. Just tired of wasting time and drinks being thrown away. Update: as an old Starbucks partner years ago I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with how they train on making the drinks. They never mix the shots properly and the shaken espressos are NEVER shaken. Do they train about dead shots here?? This puts a cherry on top of never going to Starbucks again."
"This is the third time they are not open on time. Which is fine. BUT ZERO SIGNS! So I’m stuck in line with no way to reverse or get out until the car in front decides to move because they think they will open at anytime. They are suppose to be open 2.5 hours ago… go literally anywhere else, not this location."
"Super bland, dirty chai. Was there even any coffee in here? My cheese and fruit plate had all moldy fruit in it even though it was two days before the expiration date. Too bad I was in the drive-through on a road trip and couldn’t return either of these things. Otherwise I would have."
"They did me so dirty!! These sandwiches are already so expensive and for them to give me an egg between two pieces of bread (supposed to be bacon Gouda) is absolutely ridiculous! Of course I realized this after I was too far away and on my way to work. Will not be returning to this location."
"Asked for light ice and they filled over half of my cup with ice. Kinda sucks that I barely got any of my drink. The person taking our order had a bit of an attitude too and made my partner feel uncomfortable. Can’t say this isn’t the first time with this location."
