"Feels like a true tea house. Not some café or corporate owned store. Huge hand picked loose leaf tea selection, also available to take home. Amazing tea ware with art from local artists."

"Unique tea experience and a great place to converse with a friend after a work day. Relaxing and fun atmosphere. Great service. Excellent teas. Putting on slippers before you enter adds to the ambiance. Definitely recommend."

"I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to because I've come here intermittently since it opened and it's always such a soothing and revitalizing time. I have a lot of respect for this space and it's easily my favorite tea experience in Portland. Super unique atmosphere, lovely staff, great value. I always learn something about tea when I come here. Big thanks!"

"We stumbled across this tea house in the rain, and was absolutely shocked by the fact that I didn’t know about this amazing haven earlier??? It was like stepping into familiar home from the get go, changing my shoes for slippers. A calming atmosphere decorated with plant life and teapots, the soothing music made for a perfect space to study and chill with my friends. We shared the charcoal roast oolong between three people as it was already quite late (it’s open until 9pm!!) but there was definitely enough for everyone. The owner personally showed us how to pour the tea and let it steep for the best results, and was extremely accommodating of my nosiness and photo taking. He encouraged us to use the space comfortably, to study and chat. We were able to enjoy our tea as well as the atmosphere and get stuff done, which was amazing. Top notch tea and a top notch atmosphere!"

"This spot cultivates such a sweet evening experience! Those who serve tea here are well versed in knowledge of each tea and its origins, and you can purchase any of the teas to take home! We came on a Friday night during the SpeakTeasy and enjoyed sweet conversation, delicious tea, and tasty buns (a mushroom bun and a lotus bun). I would definitely recommend this spot to any tea enthusiast, group of friends seeking a sweet evening together, or any individual looking for authentic connection in a warm setting."
