"No frills breakfast spot with the best muffins! Cant speak to the sandwiches but the muffins are worth the wait! Moist, not too sweet and all the flavors are just amazing. Love the mini muffin options for less waste kid friendly sizes and adults who prefer smaller treat portions. Food location aesthetics are never important to me. When I buy food it doesnt matter how the place looks as long as they put the money into what is important, great food! And this place achieves that."
