"Misdiagnosis within the first 3 minute of my first visit. Explained what the issue was and he proceeded with his own observation with no advice and did the wrong procedure necessary. Might be good with some things but was not good with my diagnosis. Would not recommend. Paid for a completely unnecessary procedure with him knowing and somewhat acknowledging that after the procedure. .lack of knowledge"

"I saw Dr. Kennedy for a fractured jaw, and got my jaw wired shut for it to heal correctly. It was supposed to stay in place for 4-6 weeks however, I cut the wires early because I couldn't take it anymore. I am a very thin person with a fast metabolism, and am hypoglycemic. I couldn't function at work, became depressed and lethargic, even though I was trying my best to make sure I was getting enough nutrition. When I called to tell them what happened, the assistant I spoke with was rude and condescending toward me. She treated me like I was stupid and had no empathy at all. I feel very uncomfortable and will not be going back there. The assistant should know better than to treat patients that way, especially when they are obviously struggling with an injury."

"Great place if you don’t like going to the dentist for anything because of anxiety. Dr Kennedy is fun and gives me feelings of wanting to invite him to a BBQ. He also gives me the vibe that he would wear white new balance sneakers with blue jean shorts to said BBQ and critique my grill skills (this is a good thing). The two stars come from a situation that my wife and I found ourselves in regarding their office’s policy. My wife had a surgery scheduled and was unable to make it. When I called at a later time to reschedule the surgery on her behalf, they informed me they could not reschedule and would no longer accept her as a patient since she missed her previous appointment. In their defense, we no call no showed. In our defense, that was the day we found out our 4 year old son has Hodgkins Lymphoma. I asked if there was some sort of appeal process we could go through to be reconsidered and was told no. Now, I completely understand the policy, but contacting our dentist on the day you find out something that tragic and life changing wasn’t something that even crossed our minds. Now that Nathan is no longer with us, I don’t see ourselves missing anymore appointments. It took us a long time to find a dentist and a surgeon that we felt that comfortable with (anxiety at the dentist is a tough one for us). So now we have to start the process all over again. Again, amazing office, everyone is friendly and we loved Dr Kennedy. I ask that you consider making a change to your office’s policy and offer some sort of appeal process for rare circumstances such as these. My wife’s tooth still hurts but not as much as her feelings!!! Just kidding we’re really not mad. Didn’t mean to use my dead kid card on you guys but you really should consider changing that policy."

"I really liked dr. Kennedy, but their billing and insurance department were unable to get my insurance benefits correct, which meant my share was much higher than it should have One of them was $1000, off. That is a lot of money. When you over pay them, because they require you to pay them upfront and then it takes weeks to be reimbursed. I changed offices mid treatment ."

"Had two implants done. Both times no pain after surgery. Dr Kennedy has great bed side manner. The staff is fantastic, friendly and the office staff take good care of you. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
