"Sure, these guys *do* have some tasty things. & the staff are very nice &, in fact, doing what they’re paid to do well. But what happened to Starbucks is happening to these guys. It’s bought because it’s the ‘in thing.’ Like it’s part of some aesthetic like the pumpkin-spice-girl-look. All staff get 10 stars. Capitalism & the bottom dollar mentality ruins everything else."
"Always the best coffee and drink shop anywhere! Believe me, I've been to a lot of them. I've been to stores all along the west coast, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Colorado as well as Nevada. They always have the best choice for employees! Drinks are great too!"
"What people need to understand about coffee shops, I enjoy costumer service if it's genuine but often times, especially when you're older than the kids working there, regular everyday customers can tell when it's disingenuous when you ask them, "what plans do you have today" we the customer know that you don't honestly care or they bring up something vapid. I have yet to be at a coffee shop and it feel like it's great customer service so for me this place is middle of the pack. Nothing special."
