"I have a bike that needs a dyno tuning. I called and spoke with this guy about getting the bike in told him what tuner what engine and mods. He told me he could not get to it this week to call him back on my next days off in a week. I called back and then he beats around the bush saying he may not be able to figure out my tuner but he would give it a shot the following day and asked me to call him back at 8:30am. I called all morning with no answer to my calls. He has wasted an entire week of my time and now I wait another week to get it tuned. The guy is super friendly, but needs to learn how to just tell it how it is. If you were unsure and didn't want the job that should have been addressed on the first call."

"These guys are great! I just mad a hard trip from Dallas, TX to here in Pendleton. I broke my kickstand and scratched up my windshield during the move. I rode right in and they instantly got to work on my bike. They welded the kickstand for me and got a replacement windshield ordered in. They have worked on my bike several times since then and I've got to say these are the greatest guys I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Outstanding work guys and I'm happy to keep going to your shop."
