The mechanic there is very friendly and was able to calm me down after I came in a little mad after talking to a 3rd party tech support via chat that was very unfriendly and tried to charge me. When I arrived at Western Radiator the mechanic understood the issue and dropped the charge. As such, I will 110% continue to do business with Western Radiator. He is an amazing person that is hard working and to the point!"
