"I have visited this place occasionally for a hot dog or biscuits and gravy. Nothing exciting, but the view is pretty from the deck. I will not be back and am so very disappointed in the lack of customer service I have seen in all other restaurants in Florence. My daughter and I stopped in so I could get cash for the farmers market and my daughter could use the restroom. We were told she could not use it unless we purchased lunch and they pointed to outhouses way across a big parking lot. I offered to buy an expensive cookie, but was advised it had to be lunch.. without exposing personal details, my daughter needed a restroom immediately.. This lack of customer service, especially when you have nothing special to offer, is unacceptable if you want to remain in business."
"I love this place. Come grab a samwich, a glass of wine and enjoy lunch on the patio. My favorite is the cubano and their in house made Siuslaw. Yum! Don't forget to grab a bottle of wine on your way out. They have an amazing selection."
