"Went in around 7:25 only for them to forget about the 3 things I ordered. I went up to the counter around 7:50 and then asked to speak to the manager. The latina night manager was so wildly unprofessional she told me she doesn't have to make it right I can get my food or a refund. She never once said sorry and was actually becoming angry as time went on. She was yelling at coworkers and being super disrespectful. Please investigate this manager. I had such a bad experience I called corporate and filed a complaint."
"I cringed as I heard the attitude through the speaker towards the customer in front of me. The worker was short and rude. Then I bought a chicken classic sandwich. When you spend $7 on a chicken burger it shouldn't taste like it's been in a warmer all day. The breading was concrete hard and chicken anything but juicy."
"I am sure this place is privately owned but that still does not excuse the absolutely horrible quality of the food and the very high prices. This is singlehandedly probably the absolute worst Taco Bell/KFC in all of Oregon. The food was not hot nor was it made correctly. The Crunchwrap I ordered wasn't even grilled on the outside but still had char on it (Teflon from the machine?). The nacho fries were way too salty and the nacho cheese was so cold it was chunky instead of creamy how it normally is. I have turned this place into the local health departments over the food temp and possible Teflon on the food."
"Gave 3 stars on the atmosphere because they have the AC on in the winter or at least it feels like it's on. The restaurant is freezing and your food starts getting cold immediately. Service is a 4. Always new people learning and most do pretty well. Food is a 4 but it's hit and miss with the crispy chicken. Some people know how to make it and some don't. I was a manager for KFC so know how it's all supposed to be made. The Famous bowl is normally very good. Coleslaw is normally very good but they recently jacked the price up on an individual coleslaw from $1.25 to $1.49 to a whopping $3.25! Wow, it's just cabbage, it's not gold! A large is $7.10 now. Crazy. The Taco Bell food is good if you like Taco Bell food."
