Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Usually amazing food and service. I even called the restaurant to resolve the issue before leaving this review and was further upset by the service. Asked for cheese and the girl said it's being shredded ....ok I'll wait...then she just doesn't go get cheese or put any on. After calling restaurant they said I could come back another day for cup of cheese .....thanks but no thanks. Maybe have a sign if a menu item isn't available"

"The last few times (in less than a month) we have came in to pick up our food and it was taken by someone else. Then we have to wait longer and have it remade and they do it fast which makes us get less for what we paid cause they're rushing more. Our food portions were consistent for a long time until the last couple months. Once only half the bowl had food in it, usually it's FULL. It depends on who's making it I guess but it should be consistent and definitely worth the price cause bowls can be expensive. We ordered once on Friday, then on Saturday and both times they were taken by someone else picking up orders. The staff is nice most the time except yesterday when we came in to get his food, lady wasn't friendly and acted annoyed she had to remake it when it wasn't our fault it was missing. All in all the food is good and a majority of the staff is nice, it is a clean restaurant. It's a great place hang out and eat with family/friends."

"Second time here. Food is always great and Fresh. Very efficient crew. Generous portions and quick to get in and out. The only downside tonight was the attitude from the person finishing our order. I had initially asked for a regular size Chips with guacamole then immediately decided to go with the large. They didn't hear me then had to scrape out the regular cup. They were obviously unhappy with me and I felt immediately uncomfortable. We'll be back, but not a great way to make customers feel."

"Card swipe was down and the crew worked very hard to process all the online orders. Kudos. Polite and efficient. Just unfortunately had to wait awhile for the order."

"So I ordered a burrito bowl with the carne asada which I had never tried. It’s though to mess this up as I only get the protein with rice and beans sour cream and cheese and light amount of salsa. I ordered extra rice and beans and got what I ordered. In my experience chipotle is never hot so no surprise that the cheese isn’t melted. The carne asada was ok, again had no idea what to expect. Good flavor just a little dry and chewy. The bowl itself looked a little hastily put together but this is fast food not a sit down restaurant so not a big deal."
