"Silva's Taqueria is the place to go for flavorful Oaxacan Food. The Tlayudas with Carne Asada, Black Beans, Cabbage, Oaxacan Cheese, Guacamole, Salsa, and Cilantro on a Large Homemade Tortilla are fantastic. The Gorditas are three mouth-watering Sandwiches filled with tender Pork, Pinto Beans, Lettuce, Queso Fresco, Tomato, Avocado, and Cilantro. This dish is easy to share. The Red Salsa is a beautiful deep rich red and tastes amazing. Free parking and covered outside seating."

"Home-cooked Mexican food from the Oaxaca region. The tacos are very good and with homemade tostillas. Try the "Molotes," potato masa fritters with pork and beans, not to be missed!"
"This tastes like oaxaca! So good, we will definately be coming back! The tlayudas are yummy! It's a large corn tortilla with beans, meat and oaxacan cheese topped with veggies and sauce. Quesadilla was also delish."
