"Ordered 2 5 piece tender combos. Chicken was really dry like it was sitting there for 3 hours. I asked if everything was in the order, and I was given a wrong large side. Was asked if butter and honey should be included, but only got the honey. This place has potential, just needs management direction."

"I still think they have the best fried chicken around, they're breading is very crispy and the blend of spices is perfect. The only food they make that I don't much care for is the biscuits because as soon as they are cool they become hockey pucks. They're prices are way too high also, but so are all the other chicken places."

"My husband brought home food tonight for our family of 4 and it was surprisingly bad. When we had food from this location a couple years ago it was really good so we were looking forward to it tonight. We had a family size dinner, totaling $23. It had fried chicken, cole slaw, Mac and cheese and biscuits. Tonight, the cole slaw was so bitter, sour & soapy tasting. The Mac and cheese was complete mush and cold, there wasn’t a single whole noodle in the entire large size we had, the chicken was almost good but most of them had such bad dark spots in there my kids and I wouldn’t eat them. And then the biscuits were so salty. It’s disappointing, we all lost our appetites before we could finish any of it. I left 2 stars for the food we shared, 1 stars for service and atmosphere according to my husbands in person experience grabbing the food."

"I thought Popeyes was gonna be the highlight of my trip to Salem!! I live in Eugene !! We don't have a Popeyes there!! Ok so first we ordered in the car and it was pretty much ready when we went in!! The staff were really nice!! The seating area counters were nice and clean but people for criminys sake clean your bathroom!! The ladies restroom was horrendous!! Clogged toilet and people were still peeing in it!! It was disgusting!! There was enough people at the front working !! More than 5 people to send someone back there to clean the restroom!!! I had a. Shrimp platter. The shrimp were the size of little precooked shrimp but with a tale!! Unfortunately nothin to write home about!! Of course everything has shrunk except for the prices!!I Also ordered a big chickenn meal I think 8 pieces with a Cole slaw and biscuits always scrumptious!The chicken was delicious but the coleslaw?? Omg it was terrible!! Cmon people that work there taste it!! It was flavorless!! I can make better coleslaw!!!Add more mayonnaise and.Sugar!!"
