"The last several times in the past few months, we have gone through the human bean about 3-4 times in North bend the service was awful. We waited for at least 10-15 minutes before the car in front of us even budged, then the girls who waited on us were talking a lot between themselves and didn't pay a lot of attention. So the last 3-4 its been bad service. The drink was bitter also even though I asked for it to be sweet."

"Sadly, quality is rapidly deteriorating. Coffee is bitter, the amount of whipped cream has been cut in half, the granitas are thin and watery. Now there is a notice that prices are increasing, which would be understandable if the quality remained high. At this point, I'm moving on."

"I bought a small Green tea smoothie that was full of ice chunks and two ham and provolone sandwich which was like biting into rubber. Spent $14 and change along with a generous $5 tip. This was at the North Bend OR location. I will not be going back. Very dissatisfied."
