"Waiting for 15 mins while the person on duty talked to their friends in the drive-through and showed them pictures on thier phone. Had to back up, turn around and leave. Morning workers seem to be on the ball, but night shift are left wanting."
"If the manager isn't on duty you WILL be waiting 20-45 minutes for a coffee. Place is great when she's working. When she isn't they take at least ten minutes per car. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Not a one time thing this happens a lot. Worked in customer service for 8 years, if It took me ten minutes to make two drinks you wouldn't make it to the end of your first day."
