"Regular at Highlands It's my local spot. Bar tenders are fantastic and friendly. Terri and Megan are pros. Great daily, lunch and drink specials. New soups regularly and plenty of TVs. Taco Tuesday is amazing. I'll be frequenting Highlands for as long as I'm in the neighborhood."
"My favorite bar in Eugene. Mikey is the best. He is the reason me and my wife come in at leat twice a week. We may come in more often if they offered more entertainment, such as Karaoke. Love the trivia night and taco Tuesday."
"Highlands is a nice little bar on the south side of Eugene. They offer food and have daily specials. I'd say the food is a little above average for typical bar food. They have a few pool tables and other video games to keep you occupied while you get drunk. They also have your typical Oregon video slot machines. Nice outdoor seating, and they are definitely pet friendly. The bartenders are all friendly and make good drinks. Next time your onnthe south side of Eugene, stop in for a drink!"
"Pub is only 21+. Arrived on a Wednesday afternoon around 4PM. Place was pretty empty. Asked for bartender for a menu and ordered some ciders on tap and the OMG and Nashville Chicken - so surprisingly good and fresh!! There was only one bar tender working but she did a really good job with taking orders, cleaning up, and chatting with patrons. We liked that there was private TVs at the booths, very unique! Looks like you can play pool here and pick music on the jukebox. TV's with the game above the bar. Would come to the pub again for dinner/ lunch."
"Stopped by for lunch. It was quiet, only a few locals in there. Nice relaxing lunch. Good food, awesome crunchy French fries. Clam chowder could've been thicker for my taste, but the flavor was good. Decent selection of beers. Nice varied daily food and drink specials. Liked that they had little TVs at each table."
