"I was here Feb 29th around 830 and I had placed a pickup order. They were super busy and were backed up. There was a guy with a tattoo on his arm I believe it said “Jessica” and I could hear him actively working to keep the kitchen environment positive/ motivating the team. Wish I could’ve told him thanks!"
"Front of house employee saw me walk in last night and then didn't even acknowledge my presence. Just turned around behind the counter and got on his phone with his back to me. The store was absolutely disgusting, filthy. There was trash on the floor, a ton of ice sitting in the drinks machine tray, which employees saw as they ignored everyone and filled drinks, there was sauce mess all over the counter beside the drinks fountain. Then while I waited I could overhear the same employee who was on his phone loudly complaining about how tired he was and he then went and sat at a table and got on his phone again while moaning about how his feet hurt. Totally unprofessional. When I finally got my order it was dirty too, there was BBQ sauce fingerprints on the outside of the bag. Whoever the front of house employee was last night should find a new job, back of house seemed busy and were working hard. Disgusted and a total disappointment this being my first impression of Wing Stop ever. All who go there... May the odds be ever in your favor. Maybe read some of the one star reviews first before making that decision."
"Dude that works there was being racist long blonde hair heavy dude. I get there food is not ready tells me it’s not ready with an attitude Very rude, while I was waiting others come in very nice and apologetic for their food not being ready. His energy was not very kind."
"The only thing that's preventing this place from getting a 5* is the fact that sometimes when I prefer the boneless wings some of the chicken is just all breading. Otherwise the food has always been accurate and hot, besides the fries. In fairness you can't expect hot fries when you're ordering delivery anyways. Thank you for all of your hard work everyone. I am a repeat customer for sure."
