"I’ve ordered on line on several occasions and they have consistently gotten my order wrong. I typically get Subway when my family needs a quick meal and don’t have time to go back to correct the order. I have just sucked it up and dealt with it but with tonight’s wrong order and a picky eating daughter who refuses to eat what they did make, I’ve had enough and decided to leave this negative review. I tried to call them to tell them I wanted a refund (don’t have time to get the right sandwich) but there was no answer. Lesson learned, always unwrap and check the order before leaving the restaurant."
"I eat at Subway frequently. I was concerned about this one. The toaster oven was out of order, the ice tea was empty, they did not have all items on the items on the menu. The service was ok, but no apologies for lack of. Items requested. I will sti frequent Subway, I enjoy it when it is right. This may have been an off day."
