"Terrible service. Our sandwiches were missing ingredients and things were wrong. I got a Signature Series sandwich and there was so little ingredients on it, it just looked like a foot long hotdog bun with nothing on it. They put half as much as they're supposed to put on. I'll never go back."
"My daughter asked for less jalapeños and they didn't even give her none also she asked for smashed avocado and bell peppers and they didn't give her any of that stuff she ordered, we also asked for our bread to be toasted but instead it was squishy, I asked for a foot long and it looked more a 6 inch and my daughter asked for a 6 inch but it also looked like a 3 inch, The food is good but I wouldn't recommend going there to order."
"Been getting the same sandwich; made the exact same way, for over 20 years. There has never been a time where someone was just that careless and messed up bad enough to make me not want to eat it. Until today... the girl that made my sandwich paid absolutely no attention to the ingredients I put on the ticket and missed half of them as well."
"I tried eating at this subway, again placing a mobile order hoping it’d be better than the other locations around town, and yet again another store doesn’t get my order right. Wrong toppings and missing items. Subway has been consistently bad the year that I’ve lived here. Only once in 8 times has my order been correct. And 5 separate I’ve attempted to go they have been out of product or closed during hours listed as being open. This spans across multiple locations. Avoid subway at all costs unless you want to receive random food"
"Ordered online said it would be ready by 9:20, I should up at 9:30 and they still didn't have it done. They finished my order at 10. They were closed and nobody in the drive through with two people working. It's like this all the time when I come here not ordering ahead of time. Always a thirty minute wait for food, even if you pre order it ahead of time. Garbage location."
