"Charged me double meat on a sub that didn't get double meat and rang the other sub up wrong. Got charged $5 more than I should have. Definitely make sure you aren't being over charged. Incredibly stingy on toppings... 4 pickles on a footlong seriously? I used to love going to subway but now might as well just make a sandwich at home"

"I will not return to this subway location. Two times in a row I have been there and they were out of roast beef but for some reason the other Subway locations in Albany have it. When I asked to sub for a different meat, they said that’ll be a two dollar extra charge even though they are out of roast beef that normally comes on the sandwich. I asked why they can’t substitute when they are out of the meat that comes on my sandwich and they said they are not allowed to do that, it’ll be two dollars extra. On top of that, the sandwiches are made very sloppily and spill out everywhere. I’d recommend going to a different location, costumer service here is terrible."
"Ten dollars worth of salad. Asked for a handful of lettuce after the guy skimped on me several times, and he sprinkled some on top. Apparently the man’s never had a handful of anything. Subways are just going down the drain."
"Okay, so maybe this Refresh thing has restored my faith in Subway. It does count for a couple of the stars. But really this five star review is for the excellent customer service received from Taylor and Josh. Very polite and friendly all while being efficient and crafting several very nice sandwiches off the new menu. Thanks for the great experience! We have visited three times since and the consistency in good service and good food is appreciated! Thanks again to Josh and Taylor for always being great at their job!"
