"Worst experience ever at any JITB. Guy working the window yelled at us because he forgot part of our order in the drive through. Ignored us for a couple minutes while we were trying to get his attention. We waived, honked and finally knocked on the shelf. Then he slammed open the window and yelled what!!!! Food was good though. This restaurant has been struggling to stay open so I am sure that had something to do with it. But he was aggressive. Not ok. Glad it did not get worse and me and my husband stayed cool. Because it was a struggle not to go back at him the same aggression."
"Well both the hours on the app and on Google are inaccurate, either that or those location has staff playing hooky. Drove up about an hour after posted open hours and they're still closed later same night made an online order was charged for that order pull up and they're closed.... Keep it up and you'll keep losing customers."

"The customer service is great but their burgers are the worst. They look like yesterday’s Pattie’s and the cheese looks like wax. The one in Salem off Mission is way better."
