"They trick you with small and regular sizes, they both are literally the same, I even asked and they told me that the small and regular size are the same, never heard of that before but apparently Burger King only got small and large sizes."

"So.... there's no easy way of saying this but when i pulled in to get my grub on the worker in the window called me a VIRGIN for playing Pokemon GO infront of my 2 DEAR CHILDREN the worker asked for my sons phone THREW IT IN THE KITCHEN AND GAVE IT BACK. because this took so long already a driver behind me ran into my car a little ways then they worker proceeded to give my food. it didnt end there. Ill start with everything i was MISSING a sweet tea, a fry, and four mozzarella sticks and worst of all my happiness though i was displeased i decided to give my children my food only to find out that the food we had was also terrible. The chicken sandwich leaked a liquid I don't want to know what sprite was flat, the fries were sweet? and my son got sick. Die Burger King"

"Service is spotty at best. Not the most accurate crew so double check and get your order corrected before pulling away. Ordered a small drink got charged for a large."

"I'd like to complain about this location.  Very rude service.  Nobody even says Hello, or Thank you.  It's almost like the entire staff is mute.  Very rude and off-putting. Also, when is a large fries, half full?  Used to be there were a bunch of fries in the bottom of the bag, but now , you are lucky if the fry container is even half full to being with.  I feel so ripped off. Lettuce on burgers is turned... wilted and black.  Disgusting.  I would like my entire meal refunded to me and the staff confronted on their lack of service and care. Well, here we go again. This is the third time I have been through your Drive-Thru at the Woodburn location and treated disrespectfully by your employees, especially Paula.  She is very rude and condescending. She was the one at the window and was annoyed and rude that I was verifying the order because the lady who took my order was having a hard time getting it right. They talked in Spanish several times and kept looking at me.  It's easy to discern if they are speaking about the order or talking poorly about you.  This was obviously the latter. Paula has no business in a customer service job if this is how she continues to belittle and treat loyal customers.  I would like to see my meal comped and management to address this ongoing attitude problem with her. Thank you."
