"I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE! For the first time I was in this store, having bought a blouse for my daughter, when I arrived home it turned out to be large in size for her. In 7 days! I returned to the store for a refund or exchange. But I was refused (MIRIAM-selling supervisor), pointing to the stamp “all sample sales final” . First: when buying, I was not warned that I could not return or exchange. Second: the check says that my last day of return is 8/30/23 …VERY UPSET"

"Walked in on a Thursday noontime for a birthday gift. Was greeted warmed by an associate when walking right in. Looked around and found most of their merchandise 50% off! Face masks is still reinforced here. The associates here are kind about it. I tried on several jackets and checked myself out by using their available mirrors around the store. I could definitely feel the quality in every jacket I put on and we’re surprised by their deals for the month of November. The lady who checked us out was quite friendly and warm with us. It helped that she was bilingual so we could communicate better with her. Will highly recommend buying these rainproof and wind resistant jackets for this winter season. Really liking the added bright coolers to their merchandise instead of the boring black and gray we see many use most of the time."
