"Ordered Carnitas plate which included Mexican rice, beans, and handmade corn tortillas. I used Carnitas as a litmus test to check authenticity and flavor of restaurant offerings. If Carnitas are good then more than likely everything else on the menu will taste good. Carnitas were exceptional, iuicy, and seasoned just right. Beans and rice were great. I've used my litmus test in Mexico and US restaurants and who would'a thunk that Albany, Oregon would have a restaurant with excellent Carnitas..."
"Very good food, our server was very attentive and funny. They were have their parking lot striped when we were there so it sort of smelled funny. There were very few people there during lunch but again it may be because of the lack of close parking. I’m going tomorrow go back soon and if we get the same quality meal and the smell is not there I will change my review to 5 stars. I had a house speciality that I couldn’t pronounce but it was very very good, scallops shrimp special sauce .. I think it was an enchilada. My wife had the chicken and beef fajitas … can’t go wrong with that"
