"To go order. I ordered a cheesburger basic one i recieved a gourmet one with mayo and dry GF bun. Not what i wanted and had driven away. On top of this i paid double the price because they called it gourmet. Product and quality in Eugene far surpasses the quality and service in Albany Oregon.. i was very disappointed"
"Somehow they managed to serve use onion rings and mozzarella twists that were ice cold. They never brought a fork for my nephew's salad. They undercooked the burger and the servers just shrug and act like they've got no idea how to fix a problem. This is our second visit in the past month and this was a birthday visit for my kid. Super disappointed in how far this place a fallen in quality and service."
"We were originally sat with Sean, but that table was one of those half booths that’s honestly trash. Soo we asked to move to a booth and got a new server who we don’t know because 27 different people came up to us and we were never greeted by our actual server. Sean still checked on us and was so kind! He is hands down the best server at Red Robin and his jeans were tighter than a fat kid in those desks that don’t have detachable chairs."
"Today we came to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. We arrived and everything was great we got our food and my friends burger had Swiss cheese, instead of provolone as requested. She asked the server if they can double check in the kitchen to make sure it’s provolone since it looked like Swiss it had the Swiss holes and he did. He brought it back out and said it’s provolone me and her sister both tried the cheese for her since she doesn’t like Swiss. It was Swiss which wasn’t a big deal she was going to pick it off. she started to take apart her burger and the server came over and asked if everything was okay I said the cheese was Swiss not provolone and he got upset and said he made sure I said I tasted it it’s Swiss he threw his hands up and said what do you want me to do and I said it’s fine he said well no it’s not grabbed her plate and stormed off to the kitchen. I have really bad social anxiety And got really uncomfortable by the way he reacted towards us. It was busy so I understand things get messed up. But by the way he acted my group just wanted to leave so we asked for containers from the host and our check. We packed our food paid and left we didn’t even eat our entrees because how upset we were by the way he acted. We usually love coming here but won’t be again."
