"Straight Line RV helped me when my neighbors tree clobbered my travel trailer during an ice storm. I was so worried about damage/leaks to the roof. They worked fast to get the trailer into the shop and protect it from further damage from any leaks. They communicated clearly on the timeline, gave me timely updates on the progress, and completed the work faster than I expected. When they were done, the roof looked like new. Great attention to detail in sealing everything up. They had cleaned everything (even the parts that were not damaged) had my travel trailer looked better than it had in years. Very professional experience."

"During the estimate process I was told that my motorhome would be repaired with new parts, because the old parts could not be repaired. I was told that repairing the old parts would not result in a good quality repair. Then later, when they had my motorhome, I was told that the old parts were being repaired. This would appear to be a classic bait-and-switch. I asked for an explanation but didn’t get one. This caused me to be concerned about quality, so I asked M if they warranty their work. M replied, “we are not going to fix it if you run into something.” OK, so I did not want to argue but that is not what warranty means. Based upon my conversation with M, this appears to be a shop that does not stand behind their work. Also I felt demeaned by M’s remark, which seemed rude to me. M scheduled an appointment to bring it in on October 16th. 2 days later she called me, and said I needed to change my appointment because someone was going to be on vacation. I was thinking, you did not know 2 days ago that someone was going to be on vacation? So my appointment was changed to Oct 23. On this date I was told it would be done “in 2 or 3 weeks.” This would be Nov 13 max. She said she was sorry it would take this long, but it was because parts had not yet been ordered. However no parts were ever ordered. On November 7 M called me, and I asked her how much longer. She promised it would be done “by the end of next week.” This would be Nov 17th max. I did not hear from them, so I called them on Nov 20th. M said it would be done “today or tomorrow.” They did not call me on Tuesday Nov 21, so at the end of the day I called them. M said she meant to call me earlier. She said it was finished. She knows that I live 1.5 hours away, and that I have to return a rental and wait for a ride, during the busiest travel time of the year. But she “meant” to call me earlier. So I was able to pick up my motorhome on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Too late to go home to Florence, load the motorhome, and then make it to my destination for Thanksgiving. They kept my motorhome 5 weeks for a minor repair, and caused me to miss Thanksgiving. When I got home I discovered that the quality of the repair is completely unacceptable. This ordeal is not over yet. I hope that they are not going to steal from me another 5 weeks of my life. Update: I took my motorhome back a second time. The backup sensors are still not working correctly. Also there are some wires hanging out of the back of the motorhome. I am going to ask the insurance if I can take it to a different shop."

"This place and these guys are the absolute best!!! We had a freak accident with our boat trailer coming through Springfield and had the tow truck bring our boat trailer to Straight Line. It was a Sunday and Tony just happened to be at the shop. He let us bring the boat in the yard and let us stay in the yard in our motorhome! He gave us a truck the next morning to go get parts so my husband could fix the trailer. His guys helped us out and lent tools. When repairs were done and we were ready to roll, he refused to take any money from us. You do not meet people like this EVER!! Tony and his crew are pretty incredible. If you need any motorhome or boat work done, please call Straight Line first. You will not be disappointed."

"Unfortunate boat incident when I was letting my 8 year old pull away from the dock. Straight line got me in a couple days after. The repairs took longer than we all thought. But that was just waiting for parts and gel coat. They communicated well. The work is beyond amazing. The pictures say it all. I hope I don’t have any of boat mishaps. If I do I know where to go. Thank you so much!"

"Fantastic in every category. The owner drove 2 hours + on Sunday to our accident site to give us a repair cost, and time estimate. We were so impressed with him we gave him our 40k + repair, and we are glad we did. His guy was beyond picky about our repair, taken alot more time than we paid for, and he fixed things not bid, or charged for. It's better than new, and the new paint matches the 12 year old paint perfect. We can't say enough about how perfect every thing is/was without sounding unbelievable. This is the place to go without a doubt. Thanks Tony"
