"Service was slow! It took 35 minutes to get my food and it was not even correct. I don't eat cheese so I asked for it without cheese. After waiting so long my burgers had cheese! By the time they fixed it. My Fry's were cold."
"It was terrible. Went there the other day. It took an hour to get our food even forgot our drinks till we had to ask for them after our food arrived. And it was it the same way with our friends. Our food was cold. I got 2 cheeseburgers and I found multiple hairs in my food. They need to hire better people to work at this place. They all lack of working. They made mine and my bfs friends food completely wrong. I’m so glad I realized there was hair in my food. But will not be eating at this location ever again."
"Was treated rude because I had the audacity to come back in and complain that they gave me the wrong food. With my receipt in hand I was told that they would do this for me this time and they made me my meal over again. I'm not sure how things are done in all the rest of the McDonald's in Salem but if that's par for the course just stay out of them"
"A quick stop off of 22, this is kinda strange because you can't enter off of Lancaster. You have to turn the corner and there's a driveway that's too small for two cars. The drive thru is pretty slow as well, but people are nice."
