"my vehicle was hit recently and the shop that my insurance had recommended would not work on my car as it was over 20 years old, so the insurance adjuster i had been working with recommend Marx Hotrods. Mark performed an excellent repair on my vehicle that looks even better than it had before. In addition to this, I had mentioned to Mark that I already had the parts needed to fix the rear bumper that had been damaged from the accident, so I could perform the repair myself. Upon picking my car up after it was ready, Mark provided me with a check for the parts & labor of the bumper repair from the insurance company so that I could get it fixed and not have to pay out of pocket which was very nice. He also provided me with some extra parts he had ordered to perform the repair and did not need which was great! Mark was easy to contact, was very kind, and worked well with my schedule. Dealing with a car accident is pretty stressful, but I’m glad this shop was recommended to me as it made the entire process a lot easier."

"About three years ago, I took my daughter's car here for a collision-related bumper repair. Mark fixed it quickly, and for a reasonable price. His work was perfect .. even the color of the paint (on an older car) matched exactly. He was quick to finish the job and super pleasant. So, yesterday I took my son's car in for the same issue. Mark took a look and popped the bumper back on while I waited .. no charge! While it didn't take a long time to help me, most places would have made an appointment and charged for their time. He just stopped what he was doing to help me and sent me on my way with a smile. I totally trust him .. he really knows cars, and he doesn't sell services if they aren't needed. "Mark did a fantastic job fixing up our vehicle after being rear ended. It was my first accident and both him and his wife had plenty of advice to give me about coordinating insurance and the repairs. All in all, it was over $3600 in damage and he made sure that their insurance adjustor didn't cut any corners when he came out to see the car.
