A good tip in the industry is to think every customer is your regional manager or CEO. Serious. Try harder. You'll be happier. Jan 4 I read your reply but going to your main office isn't happening. I don't want points either. Your staff, the one taking orders was not happy to be there and said Starbucks doesn't have what we just ordered. But it's on your menu! And your shelf!
